The land was previously undeveloped property. Our firm designed the road and sidewalks, grading plan, landscaping plan, stormwater system, power, water and gas. The site plan was designed to meet all local ordinances, but also incorporated modern techniques to save the client money and maximize the performance of the site. Construction has not broken ground yet.
